Gameplay or technical issue

Email contact@blackvale.studio with your device model, iOS, iPadOS, or Android version, game version, and a short description of what happened. A screenshot is useful when the issue is visual.

Purchases

For iOS and iPadOS, use Restore Purchases in the game with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. For Android, make sure Google Play is signed into the Google Account used for the purchase, then reopen the game. Contact us if purchased content is still unavailable.

For billing or refunds, use Apple’s refund support for App Store purchases or Google Play’s refund support for Google Play purchases. Please do not email payment-card details.

Game Center on iOS and iPadOS

Confirm that Game Center is enabled in your device settings and that you are signed into the account whose scores you expect to see.
