USE

These terms cover your use of the Blackvale Studio LLC website and XenoDefense on iOS, iPadOS, and Android. By using our website or game, you agree to the applicable terms. If you are a minor, use the services with permission from your parent or legal guardian.
Platform availability
XenoDefense is available for Android on Google Play. The iOS and iPadOS release on the App Store is upcoming. Launch timing, device compatibility, features, pricing, and regional availability may differ by platform. Refer to the applicable store listing for current availability and release details. Screenshots on this website show the iPhone version; presentation may vary on other devices.
License and acceptable use
Blackvale Studio and its licensors retain ownership of the game, artwork, audio, and website content. Subject to these terms and the applicable store rules, we grant you a limited, personal, noncommercial license to use XenoDefense on compatible devices you own or control. Do not unlawfully redistribute our content, bypass purchase protections, interfere with our services, or infringe others’ rights. These restrictions do not limit uses permitted by law or applicable open-source licenses.
Platform terms
For iOS and iPadOS, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a custom license is supplied with the app. Apple services are also subject to the applicable Apple Media Services terms. These website terms do not replace the app’s applicable license.
For Android downloads and purchases through Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Your use of Apple or Google services is subject to your account settings and those providers’ terms.
Purchases and refunds
Prices and purchase conditions are shown in the game and the applicable store before you confirm a purchase. Purchases are processed through the App Store on iOS and iPadOS, or Google Play on Android. Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable store policies and consumer law. Visit Apple refund support or Google Play refund support, or contact us for purchase-access issues. Do not assume purchases or saved progress transfer between Apple and Android devices.
Availability and updates
We may update the game and website to improve them or address issues. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, or that every feature will be available on every device. Keep your device and game up to date.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights, warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
